Spending two nights here was a real treat. The breakfast was one of the best highlights of our stay, served fresh and featuring local produce. We also loved the lovely touch of having chocolates and biscuits readily available in our room, adding to the cozy experience. Plus, waking up to the sight of Highland cows right outside our window was simply delightful.

We had a wonderful stay at Daviot Lodge while exploring the Highlands with our children. The warm welcome from Margaret and Alex, along with the delicious breakfast featuring local produce, made it a memorable experience. I did find the pillows a bit flat, but overall, it was perfect for our family!

It was just a proper fit for an overnight stop in the Highlands with outstanding value for money. Margaret and Alex were friendly and made us feel at home right away. Make sure to bring your own transportation, as getting around can be tricky without a car.

The room was nice n cozy. breakfast is amazin, like u choose what u want the night before and it’s cooked fresh! we seen some cute highland cows outside our window too. just a nice, quiet spot to relax after exploring the scottish highlands.

Dining options on-site couldn't make dinner happen, which means you’re reliant on driving to find something tasty—this definitely limits late-night options. The shower temperature felt lukewarm at best, and figuring out the water system took more effort than it should have. Finally, no public transportation nearby essentially chains you to your car or a cab for getting to attractions or the city, making it less convenient than a stroll might suggest.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay for 2 nights and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality offered by the hosts. The breakfast was a standout, featuring locally sourced ingredients that made for a hearty Scottish meal.
